Job Responsibilities:
∎ Engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls, messenger platforms, WhatsApp, and live chat to promptly address their inquiries, and provide assistance in a professional and courteous manner.
∎ Manage customer support, emails, and other communication channels, efficiently resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide suitable solutions.
∎ Maintain and manage various social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc., and create engaging and creative posts on a daily basis.
∎ Collaborate with the sales team to process orders, track shipments, and handle product returns or exchanges.
∎ Proactively follow up with clients and customers over the phone to provide relevant information and build trust and confidence.
∎ Provide excellent customer service by giving precise and accurate information, ensuring high customer satisfaction levels.
∎ Report to the team leader from time to time for complicated issues.
∎ Actively engage in every call, demonstrating problem-solving skills and working towards resolving customer issues effectively.
∎ Maintain a sales-oriented approach, actively convincing customers and maximizing sales opportunities.
∎ Support the e-commerce department with tasks such as product upload, content creation, inventory management, and ensuring accurate product information on the website.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute targeted and effective promotional email campaigns.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, new product releases, and competitor analysis to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
∎ Contribute to the improvement of customer support and e-commerce processes by identifying areas for enhancement and suggesting innovative solutions.
∎ Work closely with the department head and cross-functional teams to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
∎ Perform data analysis to gain insights into customer behavior, preferences, and trends.
∎ Receive and review customer inquiries for products/services and pricing.
∎ Prepare and generate accurate and timely quotations for potential clients based on established pricing guidelines.
∎ Collaborate with the sales team to ensure quotations align with customer needs and expectations.
∎ Maintain a database of standard pricing and product/service information for easy reference.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in a customer support and e-commerce role, preferably in the Tech and electronics department.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bangla and English, with the ability to interact effectively and professionally with customers.
∎ Proficiency in using various communication channels and customer support software.
∎ Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
∎ Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle challenging customer situations with empathy and professionalism.
∎ A proactive and self-motivated mindset, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer data, order processing, and other e-commerce tasks.
∎ Adaptability to changing priorities and a willingness to embrace new technologies or tools to enhance productivity.
∎ Knowledge of promotional campaigns and experience in executing them effectively.
∎ Familiarity with computer hardware and accessories such as computers, laptops, printers, projectors, CC TV, monitors, and digital boards.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, communication, and convincing skills.
∎ Enthusiastic, proactive, punctual, honest, and hard-working attitude.
∎ Good English typing speed.
∎ Skilled in computer usage and internet browsing.
∎ Candidates with an English medium background will be given preference.
∎ High level of convincing ability.
∎ Good IQ and decision-making skills.
