∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ ·Define and execute product roadmaps for Laptops, desktop PCs, printers, projectors, and UPS devices.
∎ ·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of product features, timelines, and goals.
∎ ·Continuously assess market trends and user needs to refine the product strategy.
∎ ·Serve as the primary point of contact for communication with product principals and vendors.
∎ ·Negotiate pricing, Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ), agreements, and payment terms to ensure cost-effective procurement.
∎ ·Manage the shipment process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
∎ ·Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies aligned with market expectations.
∎ ·Conduct benchmarking against competitors to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
∎ ·Monitor market conditions and adjust pricing strategies as needed.
∎ ·Oversee after-sales service, including spare parts management and warranty claims.
∎ ·Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
∎ ·Collaborate with service teams to maintain high standards of after-sales support.
∎ ·Work with the R&D team to ensure products meet quality and performance standards.
∎ ·Collaborate with OEM/ODM partners to tailor products to specific market needs and company specifications.
∎ ·Negotiate contracts, pricing, and timelines with OEM/ODM partners to ensure cost-effective and timely product delivery.
∎ ·Ensure products comply with regulatory and quality standards.
∎ ·Coordinate with supply chain teams to manage product inventory and ensure availability.
∎ ·Forecast demand and plan for stock replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking.
∎ ·Lead market research initiatives to identify opportunities for new product development and enhancements to existing products.
∎ ·Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to design and develop products that meet quality standards and consumer expectations.
∎ ·Ensure all products meet industry regulations and standards for safety, performance, and environmental impact.
∎ ·Collaborate with the quality assurance team to monitor product quality and proactively address any issues.
∎ ·Prepare detailed reports on product performance, market trends, and financials.
∎ ·Develop and manage the product budget, including costs associated with research, development, marketing, and operations.
