• Proven experience in designing, installing, and maintaining PA and Conference systems.

• Familiarity with digital signal processors (DSPs) and automated control systems.
• Experience with troubleshooting and repair of electro-mechanical systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional certification in relevant technical areas is a plus.
• Experience in the AV industry or IT hardware is a bonus.
• Strong communication and client management skills.
• Proficiency in CAD software and electrical design tools.
• Strong knowledge of PA and conference systems design, installation, and configuration.
• Understanding of signal processing, acoustics, and audio system optimization.·      Proficiency in setting up microphones, speakers, amplifiers, mixers, and control systems.
• Ability to integrate mechanical components with electrical systems for seamless operation.
• Experience in wiring, circuit design, and assembly of electro-mechanical devices.
• Expertise in diagnosing and resolving technical issues in PA and conference systems.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and repair of audio and communication systems.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and design the layout and architecture of PA and conference systems, integrating speakers, amplifiers, microphones, and other components.
• Select and procure electro-mechanical components, ensuring compatibility between electrical and mechanical parts for seamless operation.
• Specializing in PA and Conference systems, responsible for device control, system integration, and ongoing maintenance.
• Design power supply systems to meet voltage and load requirements for PA and conference systems.
• Oversee the installation and physical setup of PA and conference systems, ensuring proper wiring, component placement, and power connections.
• Conduct calibration, testing, and tuning of audio systems to ensure optimal sound quality and performance.
• ·Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues related to system performance, including speaker faults, wiring issues, or power fluctuations.
• Perform preventive maintenance on system components such as cables, transformers, and mounts to ensure long-term system reliability.
• Replace or repair defective components, ensuring minimal downtime and system disruption.
• Implement automated control systems for managing PA and conference systems, including remote control capabilities and signal processing.
• Integrate digital signal processors (DSPs) for optimal audio clarity and performance.
• Ensure that all systems meet relevant safety standards, including electrical codes and fire safety regulations.
• Address and mitigate electromagnetic interference (EMI) in communication systems to ensure consistent performance.
• Work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure system designs align with building infrastructure.
• Consult with clients to understand their specific communication needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest PA and conference system technologies, recommending upgrades and improvements to existing systems.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by management.
