Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve corporate team sales targets.
- Create detailed sales plans and set performance goals for the corporate sales team.
- Plan monthly client visits, including details like client names, contacts, addresses, and visit descriptions.
- Conduct cold calls and follow-up calls to generate leads and nurture client relationships.
- Communicate with clients through WhatsApp, emails, and phone calls for consistent engagement.
- Provide tailored product demonstrations and presentations to address client requirements.
- Send quotations, negotiate terms, and secure work orders to close deals successfully.
- Identify re-order opportunities and encourage repeat purchases from existing clients.
- Monitor and collect outstanding payments, and prepare VAT, TAX, and Mushok Challan documents. Ensure all paperwork is up-to-date and shared with clients within agreed timelines.
- Provide detailed daily and monthly reports on sales activities, including visits, meetings, and lead conversions.
- Identify and explore new client opportunities and business scopes.
- Convince clients to switch from competitor brands to the company’s offerings by showcasing technical advantages and USPs.
- Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, including leads, follow-ups, closed deals, products sold, and revenue generated.
- Share valuable insights with management regarding client feedback and market trends.
- Conduct competitive analysis to effectively position the company’s products in the market.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competition.
- Keep updated market intelligence reports on product trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s ICT products, including laptops, displays, projectors, and PA systems.
- Regularly update information on product sourcing, pricing, specifications, and competitor analysis.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management to meet departmental objectives.
