Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate and groom with Clients/Customers.
∎ Social Media management (Facebook Page, YouTube, Website,
∎ Instagram etc).
∎ Taking orders from customers/clients.
∎ Telecommunication with customers/clients.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Communication Officer (Software Development/Digital Marketing/E-Commerce)
∎ Must have knowledge of SMM (Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram), and, etc.
∎ Must have knowledge and MS Word, Excel, etc, Minimum 1-year experience in working with social media marketing, content creation, online brand marketing experience;
∎ Proficient/Fluent in English speaking & writing is a MUST and also fluent,
∎ strong, and accurate writing & speaking capabilities in Bangla having melodious vocabulary;
∎ Actively involved in social media space, with a proven understanding/ willingness to grasp how to use social media tools to effectively listen, communicate, and build relationships;
∎ Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to successfully interact directly with customers and members of the community in a public forum;

Salary:
∎ 10,000-12,000 (We can offer More if you are an experienced and motivated person)
