Educational Requirements:
∎ • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle all logistics works related to import/export.
∎ Deal import/export related documents with the Bank/Foreign Buyer.
∎ Must have good knowledge regarding Bill of Lading and other shipping documents and UCPDC.
∎ Prepare sight/ deferred Back to Back L/C papers.
∎ Monitor & manage L/C related work which includes, corresponding with buyers, opening L/C and its amendment, monitoring, shipment, document retirement formalities and custom clearing, C&F Agent
∎ Correspond with local and foreign Banks.
∎ Follow up of Import L/C and ensure proper HS code for timely clearance from customs and save additional cost.
∎ Maintain constant liaison with L/C opening bank, supplier, C&F agent for smooth import & deliver
∎ Collect Import Documents from the respective bank.
∎ Manage international import documents
∎ Knowledge in the field of UP and UD of customs bonds will be preferred.
∎ Visit respective banks for endorsement or any other document collection/correction.
∎ Preparing Export Register, BTB Register, Incentive Register.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ • The applicants should have experience in Knit Garments/Textile.
∎ • Superior mathematical skills
∎ • Should be able to work under pressure
∎ • Solid communication skills, both written and verbal in English
∎ • Ability to accurately prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
∎ • Should have experience in the field of Import/ Export through L/C & T/T Freight Forwarding.
∎ • Experienced in preparing shipping documents for export and fully conversant with custom & C&F procedure for clearance of the consignment in port.
