Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support Recruitment process of a particular cluster as per requisition and vacancies
∎ Ensuring proper execution of joining, orientation and induction of new employees
∎ Keep record of new joiners, track probation review and support employee release procedure
∎ Ensuring proper maintenance of all personnel and HR related documents
∎ Keep track of monthly employee appraisal
∎ Coordinate different training and team building activities
∎ Monitoring staff performance and attendance
∎ Support supervisor in daily HR activities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be a team player and flexible to work with different departments
∎ Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
∎ Strong leadership, mentoring, coaching, and motivating skills
