∎ NSCP/CBX applications, HSCM and B2B Order Processing applications, dS SCS applications
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ First-level Support of mainly NSCP/CBX applications
∎ First-level Support for HSCM and B2B Order Processing applications (in Asian working hours, supplementing the Hamburg-based support team)
∎ First-level Support for other ds SCS applications (supported in various regions currently)
∎ Provide support to all users via the different channels available
∎ Provide swift resolution to users on all problems
∎ User authorization
∎ Educate teams and users about the digital solution, self-learning and tools available, while independently keeping your own technical knowledge up-to-date
∎ Provide details to other support tier levels if request cannot be resolved
∎ Assist local or regional IT project deployment
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by management
