∎ We are looking to employ an experienced Client Service Coordinator to handle all client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regularly interact with clients through phone calls, email communications, and responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
∎ Receive briefs from clients and accurately communicates with other responsible departments to effectively carry out the operation.
∎ Receive feedback from the clients of submitted work and deliver it to the team for improvement.
∎ Deliver the approved works to the respective teams to publish in the main channel.
∎ Ensures project delivery within required time, also ensures the team is well coordinated to achieve project milestones.
∎ Document all the communication in written form to have clear understanding.
∎ Make sure the client's requirements & in-house team's delivered works are aligned.
∎ Creating a positive onboarding experience for new clients through effective communication.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
