∎ We are looking for a young and effective Query and Call Center Officer to handle communication of our various agencies.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls.
∎ Handling customer complaints.
∎ Managing and updating customer databases.
∎ Collecting and reporting on customer feedback.
∎ Training and onboarding new call center agents.
∎ Build sustainable customer relationships.
∎ Organize all conversation records.

∎ Age 22 to 30 years
