Excel Telecom (Pvt.) Ltd. (Factory Division), a proud Manufacturing and Distribution Partner of Samsung, is expanding its Mobile Assembly Factory operations. To support this growth, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Cleaning Supervisor to join our factory division.
This is a critical role responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and ESD compliance in a fast-paced, high-output mobile manufacturing environment. The position requires strong leadership, technical cleaning expertise, and effective team management skills.
Supervise and manage daily cleaning operations across factory and production areas
Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of ESD tiles, Epoxy floors, and sensitive zones
Maintain cleanliness standards in compliance with ESD, safety, and quality guidelines
Assign duties, monitor performance, and train cleaning staff
Inspect work areas regularly and ensure corrective actions when required
Maintain cleaning records, checklists, and reports
Coordinate with Admin, Production, and Quality teams as needed
