  • Good communication skill in both verbal and written with good presentation skills.

  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.

  • He must possess ownership and dedication towards the responsibilities.



Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Supervise the customer care center team and manage overall center operations within the assigned region.

  2. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering reliable, prompt, and friendly service.

  3. Coordinate with all center functions including Executives, Technical Engineers, Accounts, Inventory, and Logistics teams.

  4. Report operational activities and performance updates to the Head Office regularly.

  5. Maintain a strong focus on achieving KPI, sales, and revenue targets.

  6. Possess sound knowledge of After-Sales Service Operations for both Mobile Handsets and Consumer Electronics.

  7. Build and maintain excellent relationships with dealers and the local sales team.

  8. Motivate customers through positive engagement to convert interest into sales opportunities.

  9. Demonstrate strong target orientation, punctuality, and professional discipline in the workplace.

  10. Prepare and maintain detailed reports using MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical tools.

  11. Efficiently operate and execute tasks within the ERP system.

  12. Achieve the sales targets set by management and prepare periodic performance reports accordingly.

  13. Coordinate with the Service Department to ensure smooth and high-quality service delivery.

  14. Research and recommend new business opportunities and service improvements through proper forecasting.

  15. Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management as needed.
