Job Context:
∎ You would work independently to develop and maintain a customer base within your sales territory, identifying customer needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements. You would need to have excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and to promote the company`s products effectively.
∎ To succeed in this role, you would need to have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, and the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. You would also need strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to overcome objections and close sales.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct market research to identify potential Retailers, Customers and projects.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and other stakeholders in the construction industry.
∎ Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding the selection and application of our cement products.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales strategies and promotional materials.
∎ Prepare and deliver presentations to customers, showcasing the benefits and features of our cement products.
∎ Monitor sales trends and provide regular reports to the management team.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in construction materials.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
∎ Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
∎ Strong technical knowledge of cement and other construction materials.
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals.
∎ Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work independently.
∎ Willingness to travel as needed.
Salary:
