The applicant should have experience in the following area: Residential, commercial, industrial building construction.
Strong knowledge about civil engineering concepts.
Projects Management skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise and monitor overall construction work at the project site and ensure progress as per design and drawings.
Prepare cost estimations for all types of Civil works.
Prepare monthly materials requirement status and coordinate with the Procurement Department to ensure timely delivery.
Ensure the quality of workmanship at the site.
Ensure proper inventory of building and construction materials on site.
Prepare contractor/sub-contractor bills based on physical work done.
Ensure the quality and quantity for all types of structural and finishing materials.
Prepare progress reports and work programs for the project.
Any other tasks assigned by management.
