Responsibilities & Context:

Tarasima Apparels Limited, a leading outerwear garment manufacturing company under the Bitopi Group, is seeking a results-driven ‘Chief Strategy Officer’. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader focused on expanding our global footprint through aggressive business development, optimizing production monitoring, and enforcing rigorous cost control measures.

Job Description:

Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and high-value client acquisitions to drive revenue growth.

Production Monitoring: Implement and review production targets and processes to improve efficiency, ensuring all operational activities meet defined performance parameters.

Cost Control: Manage yearly budgets and formulate policies to monitor wastage, raw material utilization, and inventory holding periods at a lower range.

System Automation: Lead the implementation of new ERP systems and system-oriented management to enhance operational visibility and decision-making.

KPI Management: Develop, monitor, and review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure both profitability and performance targets are met per budgetary objectives.

Operational Supervision: Direct and control the standards for all operational activities, ensuring the achievement of corporate goals and vision.

Staff Development: Manage training for staff and workers to align workforce capabilities with new pro1(one)duction methods and strategic objectives.

Reporting: Analyze complex business information and present it to management to enhance visibility for high-level decision-making.
