Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop long and short-term strategies and plan for sustainable growth of the company.
∎ Should be responsible and will focus on plastics products branding throughout business development.
∎ To Design and draft strategic business plan for plastics products manufacturing at maximum level with minimum cost.
∎ Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends as well as trying to predict future trends of plastics products.
∎ Collect information about competitors' activities in the market and execute the right strategy for ultimate business success.
∎ Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products meet customers' expectations and create a culture of positive progress of the company.
∎ Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement.
∎ Responsible for brand management and corporate identity.
∎ Provide inspired leadership company-wide. Make high-level decisions about policy & strategy.
∎ Oversee the company's fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting and auditing.
∎ Assure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and compliance with laws and regulations.
∎ Develop, establish, and direct the execution of operating policies to support overall company objectives.
∎ Increased factory efficiency by method studies & Continuous improvement projects.
∎ Evaluate and improve operations and tactical performance.
∎ To carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the top management as and when necessary.

∎ Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills with proven ability in team management.
