Job Context:
∎ The Position is responsible to guide and supervise the overall business of the concerned business unit. He will lead the business in managing, controlling, supervising, monitoring and reporting the operational activities in fulfillment with the policies and procedures and play the vital role to attain organizational objectives.
∎ The goal of this position is to secure the functionality of the business to drive extensive and sustainable growth.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and Conceptualize the strategies to grow the business of the group.
∎ Lead and oversee the implementation of the Company's long and short term plans in accordance with its strategy.
∎ Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures.
∎ Identifying opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency and ensuring organization’s policies &
∎ procedures are complied with quality norms.
∎ Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
∎ Establish policies that promote company culture and vision.
∎ Oversee daily operations of the company.
∎ Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
∎ Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
∎ Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)
∎ Manage relationships with partners/vendors.
∎ Time to time various report generating and submit to the management with proper guidance.
∎ Any other relevant task with the proper instruction of the Management.

∎ Proven experience as Chief Operating Office or relevant role.
∎ Understanding of relevant business functions.
∎ Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
∎ Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
∎ Working knowledge of Business infrastructure.
∎ Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
∎ Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
∎ Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
∎ Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills with proven ability in team management.
