Responsibilities & Context:
01. Operational Strategy:
· Develop and implement operational strategies, policies and procedures to drive productivity and performance.
· Lead and manage overall business operations to achieve organizational objectives.
· Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and quality,
· Ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
· Oversee day to day operations, including production, supply chain, logistics and quality control.
· Align operational initiatives with the organization’s mission, vision and long term objective.
02. Performance Management:
· Monitor KPIs to optimize performance, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
· Monitor performance metrics and ensure continuous improvement.
· Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive immolation and competitiveness.
· Evaluate and implement technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
03. Leadership:
· Lead and mentor operations teams, fostering a productive and collaborative work culture.
· Provide strong leadership and direction to the operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
· Oversee workforce planning and productivity. Build, lead, and mentor cross-functional teams.
· Recruit, train, mentor and develop high performing operational talent.
04. Process Improvement:
· Develop SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and ensure compliance.
· Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
· Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies.
· Ensure timely and efficient execution of projects and initiatives.
05. Stakeholder Management:
· Liaise between departments and manage client relationships to ensure service satisfaction.
· Coordinate with CEO, board members, and department heads.
· Collaborate with other executives and departments to align operations with overall business objectives
· Foster effective communications and teamwork across the organizations.
05. Risk & Crisis Management:
· Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies.
· Lead crisis management and emergency response planning.
· Ensure business continuity.
