Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and streamline daily operations across both factory production and sales departments (Retail & modern Trade) to ensure efficiency and profitability
∎ Oversee the coordination between factory operations and sales functions, ensuring seamless execution of production schedules, smooth delivery, and market delivery goals.
∎ Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth workflow and target achievement.
∎ Lead initiatives for cost optimization and resource management.
∎ Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control.
∎ Drive innovation and process improvements within all operational areas.
∎ Foster a positive and collaborative work culture across all teams.
∎ Manage supply chain and vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery and quality.
∎ Identify and resolve operational challenges to enhance service delivery.
∎ Collaborate with the executive team on long-term strategic planning.
∎ Supervise the budgeting process and ensure efficient resource allocation.
∎ Builds company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices.
∎ Stay informed on market trends and industry advancements to guide business decisions.
∎ Manage factory construction and food machinery operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by management
