Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive brand growth, product awareness, and market penetration.
∎ Lead and manage the overall marketing, branding, and promotional activities of the company.
∎ Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior studies to inform marketing strategies.
∎ Collaborate with Sales and Brand teams to align marketing goals with company objectives.
∎ Design and manage digital, social media, ATL & BTL campaigns to ensure maximum engagement and ROI.
∎ Lead new product development initiatives including positioning, packaging, and go-to-market strategies.
∎ Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and analyze performance metrics.
∎ Build and lead a high-performing marketing team.
∎ Any other kind of task that management may require to be done.
∎ We are looking to hire an experienced and skilled Chief Marketing Officer Import, Marketing, Planning, Development etc. for our rapidly growing Spices Division. The selected candidate will play a key role in overseeing import operations and formulating and executing effective marketing strategies.
∎ We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to lead our marketing team and take our brands to the next level.
∎ Supervise import operations and ensure timely delivery of products
∎ Conduct market analysis and develop and implement effective marketing strategies
∎ Set sales targets and lead the sales team to achieve them Build and maintain a strong distributor/retailer network Analyze competitors’ products and define appropriate action plans.
