Post Graduate/Master`s Degree (preferably in HRM) in any disciplines from reputed public university or UGC-approved/recognized private university preferably MBA/or any other professional degree holder.

Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in leading HR, Technology implementations and & data analytics initiatives.
Strong analytical and financial acumen, with experience in developing and managing HR budgets.
Demonstrated experience in creating and executing HR strategies that align with bank`s goals and objectives.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills with a track record of building and leading successful HR teams.
Strong leadership and team management abilities to partner with senior leaders and drive workforce planning and talent acquisition initiatives.
Minimum 15 years of experience in human resources leadership roles, including at least 5 years in a senior leader/executive position in any Banks or Financial Institutions.
Proven ability to design and implement innovative HR programs and initiatives that drive employee engagement, performance and retention.
Excellent knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices including employment/labor laws and understanding of relevant regulations like Bank Company Act, and regulatory compliance etc.

Key Responsibilities of CHRO:
- Strategic Planning: Serve as a critical advisor to top management towards contributing executive decision-making. Designing and implementing effective HR Strategies that aligns with the bank's goals and objectives, while supporting the overall vision and mission of the bank. Develop and manage HR budgets, forecasting, reporting, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
- Talent Development & Relation: Bring out the best in staff by providing training and development space to help them grow professionally. Partner -with senior leaders to develop & execute workforce planning and robust talent acquisition strategies to ensure the bank has right talent in the right roles at the right time.
- Compensation & Benefit Management: Lead the employee relations division by overseeing staff benefits, administration, labor relations activities and public policy. Oversee the design and execution of a comprehensive employee engagement program, including employee recognition and rewards, and development initiatives.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulations related to HR and employee relations. Coordinate between staff and management, and resolve the conflicts.
- Diversity Equity, Inclusion and Culture Management: Develop and implement programs and initiatives to foster a diverse, inclusive and respectful workplace culture. Champions an organizational culture that is inclusive and diverse to create a workplace where every employee feels welcome, valued and respected.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Lead the HR team in developing and implementing best practices, policies and procedures to support the bank's talent management, employee relations and other HR functions.
- Performance Evaluation: Lead the development of performance management system (PMS) that drive performance, engagement, and career development for employees.
- Technology Management: Ensure effective management of HR systems, technology, data analytics to support the business needs of the bank.
