Education:
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.)/ Industrial Engineer/ Textile Engineer/ FCA/ MBA/ Masters with excellent academic background.
∎ Candidate with background in Marketing will get preference.
∎ No 3rd Class/ Division is allowed

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ The candidate must have Master's with above 15 years working experience in respective field in well reputed high compliance Industry over 100 line dealing with Top International Brands.
∎ Candidate must have multiple experiences like Marketing/ IE /Textile etc. Marketing background will get preference.
∎ Strong communication skill and at least 3 years working experience as ED/CEO in respective field.
∎ Ability to study, analyze and interpret complex activities, new development and strong communication skill to stabilize modern Lean thinking concept.
∎ Good knowledge at Microsoft Office, Modern inventory management software & Procurement software.
∎ Strong communication skills in both English & Bengali and interpersonal skill.
∎ Excellent documentation skills related to manpower.
