We are inviting applications for the priority appointment of a highly experienced professional for the position of Chief Engineer (Consultant / Technical Advisor), preferably a Retired Government Chief Engineer from any reputed Government Construction Authority such as Public Works Department (PWD), LGED, Roads and Highways Department (RHD),or other relevant engineering departments under the Government of Bangladesh.

1. Project Planning & Coordination
The Chief Engineer develops technical plans, evaluates project feasibility, and coordinates with architects, consultants, and project managers to ensure smooth execution from design to handover.

2. Construction Supervision
Oversees all construction activities on-site, ensuring quality control, proper workmanship, and adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.

3. Structural & Technical Oversight
Reviews structural designs, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems, and ensures engineering integrity and safety compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

4. Budget & Cost Control
Monitors engineering costs, material usage, and contractor billing to ensure projects remain within approved budgets and minimize wastage or cost overruns.

5. Contractor & Vendor Management
Selects, evaluates, and supervises contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring performance standards and contractual obligations are met.

6. Regulatory Compliance
Ensures all construction activities comply with local building codes, fire safety regulations, environmental laws, and government approvals.

7. Quality Assurance & Safety Management
Implements quality assurance systems and enforces site safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure durable construction standards.

8. Reporting & Documentation
Prepares technical reports, progress updates, material requisitions, and communicates project status to senior management.

9. Team Leadership
Leads engineering teams, site engineers, and supervisors, providing technical guidance and problem-solving support.

10. Project Handover & Maintenance Support
Ensures proper project completion, snag correction, and supports post-handover maintenance or defect liability management.
