Minimum of 8 years of experience in civil engineering, preferable who is leading role his team as a senior.
Must have work experience in share-based development
Proven experience in managing and delivering complex civil engineering projects.
Strong knowledge of design software (AutoCAD 2D & 3D etc.).
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership, communication skills & client handle.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
In-depth knowledge of local and national building codes, environmental regulations, and construction standards.
In-depth knowledge of FAR Calculation Rajuk roles and DAP wise.
Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in manage civil construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and specifications.
Check construction bills to ensure that all details are correct and compliant with project specifications.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with project managers for day-to-day site operations and collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensure that all construction activities comply with regulatory and safety standards, ensuring a safe working environment.
Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and resolve any issues.
Basic safety rolls in construction site have to know.
