- The ideal candidate should have hands on experience on Auto CAD & 3D
- Studio MAX.
Responsibilities & Context:
Work as a Team Leader of Interior Design team of Concord Architects & Interior Decor Ltd. (CAIDL).
All kind of Concept development & design preparation for interior as well as real estate.
Prepare presentation/ technical proposal/ sample board to respective clients for approval.
Detailing of any Layout/Design for proper Estimation as well as execution.
Determine project function and conceptual costing as per clients demand.
Organize working team for site survey and give them directions.
Monitoring drawing process based on field measurement. Distributing work among Architects and CAD Operators. Specify material specification.
Follow up costing process.
Provide necessary support to ensure sample collection and delivery.
Take sample approval from client, along with marketing team. Close contact with execution or concern site in charge to ensue proper execution.
Market Analysis for proper product knowledge and provide new product/concepts.
