Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Civil Engineer for our real estate projects (residential/commercial buildings). The candidate will be responsible for supervising construction activities, ensuring quality work, and maintaining project timelines.
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites
Ensure work is executed as per design, drawing, and specifications
Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with standards
Prepare and review BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimation
Coordinate with contractors, sub-contractors, and site workers
Maintain project progress reports (daily/weekly)
Check construction materials and ensure quality control
Identify and resolve on-site engineering issues
Ensure safety standards are properly followed at site
Communicate with management and provide project updates
Ensure timely completion of projects as per schedule
