1. Supervise the installation and construction of pre-engineered (pre-fabricated) steel structures along with all associated civil works (e.g., foundations, anchor bolts, flooring, and related site development) in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.

2. Coordinate effectively with design, production, and project teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of both structural steel and civil components of the project.

3. Review and validate shop drawings, civil-structural details, work schedules, and comprehensive project plans to ensure technical accuracy and feasibility.

4. Ensure strict compliance with quality control procedures, safety standards, and approved methodologies for both steel erection and civil construction activities.

5. Monitor overall project progress, including manpower deployment, material usage, and equipment utilization, ensuring efficient resource management across all disciplines.

6. Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to maintain clear communication and promptly resolve project-related issues.

7. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports that highlight work status, challenges, and mitigation plans.

8. Ensure project completion within the defined timeline and budget while maintaining required quality standards for both steel and civil works.

9. Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues related to steel fabrication, erection, and associated civil construction.
