Responsibilities & Context:
Ensuring proper building construction according to the approved Architectural Drawings & Structural Design.
Monitoring construction work progress.
Managing and Coordinating Project-Engineers/ Site-Engineers/ Contractor/ Sub contractor/ Labors.
Coordinating between Engineers, Purchase Department, & Management to Facilitate the Projects.
Dealing with Buyers and Landowners about material requirements & other Issues.
Checking quality of materials.
Prepare Estimation of building materials as per drawing.
Prepare monthly progress report.
Notes daily worker attendance.
