• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering

B.Sc. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a reputed university with a good academicrecord.

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry)

• At least 2 to 5 years of experience in the maintenance department of any manufacturing company.

Special Skills

• Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal Bangla and English.

• Well conversant in computer operations (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Specific Job Skills:

• Hands-on experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and maintenance scheduling.

• Experience with SAP will be an added advantage.

SWISS BIOHYGIENIC EQUIPMENTS LIMITED (SBE), is the largest manufacturer of hygienic process equipment for pharmaceuticals, vaccine, biotech, API, cosmetic, food and beverage industries in Bangladesh. To ensure smooth factory operations and support the facilities, SBE is seeking skilled engineer for the following position who will strengthen our existing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance operations to perform for the safe, reliable, and efficient performance of all production machinery and utility systems.

• Implement and monitor preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and extend machine life.

• Oversee inspection, servicing, calibration, alignment, and replacement of critical machine components to maintain optimal performance.

• Conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective measure and preventive actions for continuous improvement.

• Enforce compliance with safety standards.

• Plan and lead annual shutdown maintenance and major overhauling.
