Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
Conceptualization: Develop innovative design concepts for residential and commercial interior/architectural projects.
Drafting: Create precise 2D floor plans, sections, and working drawings using AutoCAD.
3D Visualization: Produce high-quality, photorealistic 3D renders (using 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Lumion).
Space Planning: Optimize space functionality while maintaining premium aesthetics.
Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to ensure construction/decoration aligns with the approved designs and measurements.
Client Coordination: Present design ideas to clients and incorporate feedback professionally.
