• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering (BUET/KUET/RUET/CUET graduates highly preferred)

Additional Requirements:

• Age 30 to 50 years

• 10+ years of proven hands-on experience in civil & structural execution in RMG/industrial projects
• Strong expertise in site execution, contractor handling, and construction supervision
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality control practices
• Strong understanding of RSC, BNBC, and safety compliance requirements
• Proven ability to manage multiple sites and deliver projects within timeline
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and execution capability
• Excellent coordination and leadership skills under high-pressure environments

Responsibilities & Context:

• As Fashion Step Group continues to strengthen and expand its manufacturing and infrastructure footprint, we are looking for a highly experienced, execution-focused, and technically strong Manager (Civil & Structural) to lead and control on-ground project execution across all factory locations.
• This is a critical role for professionals with proven hands-on expertise in site execution, contractor management, and real-time project delivery within large-scale RMG operations.
• The Manager (Civil & Structural) will take full ownership of site execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within quality standards, and in full compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
