• Candidates must be willing to work at any location across the country and visit frequently for project assignments.

Sanji Group of Companies is seeking a highly experienced and competent Project Engineer (Civil) to oversee and manage large-scale construction projects, including high-rise buildings with basement facilities. The candidate must possess strong technical expertise, leadership ability and hands-on experience in construction execution.

• Prepare and review civil working drawings and oversee site preparation, ground leveling, soil testing, formwork and concrete foundation works.

• Develop and modify construction drawings as required.

• Coordinate with consultants and project coordinators for design, drawings and technical specifications.

• Interpret structural, architectural and other civil drawings and implement them effectively on-site.

• Prepare project implementation schedules, construction plans and ensure timely follow-up.

• Prepare BOQ, construction estimates, cost breakdowns and rate analysis to ensure budget control.

• Manage material requirements, prepare MPR, PO and MRR and coordinate with the procurement team.

• Ensure quality control of all construction materials and maintain proper store management.

• Supervise overall construction activities including contractors, supervisors and labor forces.

• Report project progress regularly to management.

• Perform any other tasks assigned by management when required.
