• Diploma in Engineering in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Good report making ability and expertise in MS Office especially in Excel.
• Well knowledge in production guidelines and parameters.

• 1. Electrical Design (High-Rise Residential & Commercial Projects)

  • Prepare and review Electrical Fixture Layout, Conducting Design, Circuit Diagram, & SLD,

  • Proper knowledge in Electrical Lux calculation, Load calculation, SDB Panel sizing, Cable sizing, Voltage drop, & Circuit Breaker selection.

  • Design of Earthing & Lightning Protection system, Design of CCTV, PA, PABX, Automation Lighting System

  • Electrical & Communication Duct sizing & Substation & Generator Room Design.

  • Substation & Generator Paneling Design.

  • Prepare Design as per BNBC Standard, DPDC/DESCO requirements.

  2. Site Supervision (Execution Level)

  • Monitor high-rise building internal electrical work & external electrical work, MDB/SDB/DB installation, automation and façade lighting execution.

  • Supervise installation work of HT/LT panels, Transformer, Generator, BBT, Cable tray, Earthing, lightning Protection System, CCTV, PA, PABX system.

  • Ensure site work matches with approved drawings and developer’s quality standards.

  • Handle basement electrical works including Fire Pump & Ventilation System power connection, Sump Pump, Water Pump etc.

  3. Testing & Commissioning

  • Monitor testing & commissioning of:

    • Generator & synchronization system

    • Substation (Transformer, RMU/VCB if applicable)

    • Fire alarm & emergency lighting system

    • Lift, MV & HVAC System.

  • Coordinate with third-party inspectors and consultants during commissioning.

   

  4. Quality Control & HSE

  • Ensure all electrical works comply with BNBC safety codes and project-specific QA/QC standards.

  • Enforce electrical safety practices for workers and subcontractors.

  5. Coordination with Multidisciplinary Teams

  • Work closely with architectural, structural, plumbing, EM, and interior teams for coordinated execution.

  • Resolve clashes in false ceiling, façade lighting, and MEP services integration.

  6. Documentation & Developer Reporting

  • Prepare progress reports, design submissions, as-built drawings, and handover documents.

  • Maintain documentation aligned with developer requirements.

  • Assist in project handover and client demonstration of electrical systems.

  7. Key Skills

  • Strong knowledge of BNBC, DPDC/DESCO standards, FSCD requirements

  • Experience in high-end residential & commercial real estate projects

  • Software: AutoCAD (detail drafting skill), Dialux, Microsoft office, MS Project (optional), ETAP (optional)

  • Experience with generator, substation, and high-rise electrical systems

  • Ability to handle both design Work + site execution under pressure
