Experience:

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm, Real Estate, Interior Design, Developer

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Real Estate
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Architecture

Mandatory Requirements:

• Proven experience working on Real Estate, Resort, Hotel, Hospital, or Theme Park projects

• Must have in-house Architectural, Civil, Interior, and MEP teams

• Capability to execute turnkey projects ,Strong project management and financial planning capability

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in similar projects

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm, Real Estate, Interior Design, Developer

• Age At least 30 years
• Only Male

• Interior company, contractor, vendor, or experienced project-based interior professional

• Previous experience with five-star hotel, resort, or premium hospitality projects

• Factory/workshop facility for furniture production will be preferred

• Strong portfolio of completed interior projects

• Ability to provide BOQ, quotation, work schedule, and execution plan

Scope of Work:

Architectural & Master Planning:

• Master planning & project concept development

• Architectural design (2D/3D/Working drawing)

• Landscape & eco-friendly design planning

• Authority approval drawing preparation & submission

Civil & Construction Works:

• Site development & earth work

• Structural design & construction

• RCC, steel, finishing & infrastructure works

Utility setup (water, sewerage, drainage)

Interior & Exterior Works:

• Interior concept design & execution

• Furniture, fixtures & equipment (FF&E) supply

• Exterior façade & landscape implementation

• Lighting, signage & decorative works

MEP & Technical Installations:

• Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Safety systems

• HVAC & ventilation system

• IT, CCTV & Security system setup

Hospital equipment layout planning (for hospital project)

Project Pre-Operational Setup:

• Hotel & Resort setup planning

• Hospital functional layout support

• Theme park operational layout planning

Vendor sourcing & project handover support

Job Responsibilities:

• End-to-end project planning, budgeting, and execution

• Project timeline management and milestone delivery

• Ensuring quality control and safety compliance

• Managing required subcontractors and suppliers

• Providing regular progress reports

• Ensuring timely completion and handover of the full project
