1. Support the sales team with technical expertise for solar PV projects (rooftop, ground-mounted, hybrid systems).

2. Prepare techno-commercial proposals, including system design, BOQ, cost estimation, and ROI analysis.

3. Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to assess solar potential, load requirements, and system sizing.

4. Develop and review single line diagrams (SLD), layout drawings, and technical specifications.

5. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams for project execution and design optimization.

6. Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to clients and internal stakeholders.

7. Engage with clients to explain system performance, financial benefits, net metering, and regulatory compliance.

8. Stay updated with solar technologies, market trends, and government policies in Bangladesh.

9. Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions.

10. Assist in vendor evaluation and selection for solar panels, inverters, mounting structures, and BOS components.

11. Monitor project pipeline and support tender/bid documentation and submission.

12. Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality guidelines, and local regulations.

13. Analyze project performance and provide continuous improvement recommendations.
