Responsibilities & Context:

Contact potential clients (factories, warehouses, developers, contractors) via phone

Promote steel structure solutions (PEB, shed, warehouse, industrial building)

Generate and qualify leads for project inquiries

Follow up with clients regarding quotations and project status

Maintain client database and call records

Fix appointments for meetings/site visits by the sales/engineering team

Visit industrial areas, construction sites, and potential project locations

Meet clients, consultants, and contractors to introduce company services

Identify new project opportunities for steel structures (factory, shed, godown, etc.)

Assist in site visits and initial client discussions

Distribute company profile, brochures, and project portfolio

Collect market information and competitor updates

Coordinate between clients and engineering/design team

Support in preparing quotations and follow-ups

Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets

Prepare daily/weekly activity reports

Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
