Responsibilities & Context:

Carry out installation, commissioning, and functional testing of industrial automation products such as Inverters, PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, circuit breakers, cables, and control panels in line with technical specifications and company standards.

Diagnose technical faults, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective repair solutions to ensure continuous operation of equipment and systems.

Troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and repair to ensure smooth operation

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime

Assist in system design, configuration, and product selection for projects

Provide after-sales service and resolve client issues efficiently

Prepare service reports and maintain proper documentation

Follow safety and compliance guidelines during all activities

Coordinate with Engineering, Sales and Project teams

Train clients on system operation and maintenance

Support project execution and maintain strong client relationships
