Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma/BSc/Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry from any Government University.
Job Context:
∎ RAJA metal industries is one of the largest and leading Bathroom & Kitchen Faucets manufacturer in Bangladesh since 1978. We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of "Chemist" for our company.
∎ Workplace: Work at Factory.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The major responsibility of a Chemist is to perform precise lab analysis of chemical required for electroplating and brass product. He also to assists in developing standard operating procedures for physical and chemical analysis.
∎ To prepare test solutions, compounds for conducting tests and advising and coordinating test procedures.
∎ Writing technical papers and reports, and preparing standards and specifications for processes, tests, and products.
∎ To resolve any quality complaint issue.
∎ To arrange collection of representative samples by 100% sampling or statistical sampling as appropriate as per procedure and instructions and report inspection findings.
∎ To enforce and follow good laboratory practice in the quality control laboratory.
∎ To organize and undertake calibration of all analytical instruments as and when required.
∎ To ensure of method & Process validation.
∎ To maintain reagent stock of solid and liquid items.
∎ Responsible to performing the chemical test (Different kinds of Raw Material and chemicals required for electroplating.
∎ To prepare test solutions, compounds, and reagents for conducting tests and advising and coordinating test procedures.
∎ Perform documentation and lab record management.
∎ Introducing heat, light, energy, and chemical catalysts to chemical substances to induce reactions.
∎ Maintaining laboratory instruments, troubleshooting malfunctions, and purchasing new laboratory supplies.
∎ Evaluating and ensuring compliance with laboratory safety procedures and standards.
∎ Documenting all the research work and preserving the documents in organized manner.
∎ Any work assigned by higher management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 year(s) experience in relevant field.
∎ Must be intelligent, hardworking and dedicated and also able to work under pressure.
∎ Oral and written communication skills in English and Bengali.
∎ Good analytical ability.
