Experience:

• At least 5 years

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Bachelor/Honors

• BBA/Honr’s in any subject from any Reputed Institute

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry)

• Age 35 to 45 years
• Only Male

• At least 5 year(s) experience in relevant field.

• Having good Knowledge about production line.

• Having good Knowledge about building materials companies.

• Should have good command in Microsoft Office specially MS word and MS Excel, Email, Internet Browsing.

• Good Interpersonal and Leadership Skills

• Must be energetic, hardworking, dedicated and able to work under pressure

• Good oral and written communication skills in English and Bengali.

RAJA METAL INDUSTRIES is one of the largest and leading Bathroom & Kitchen Faucets manufacturer in Bangladesh since 1978. We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Assistant Production Manager for our company.
Responsibilities:

• Develop weekly, monthly, and yearly production plans to meet target output and delivery timelines. Also Prepare Monthly Production & Delivery report.

• Every morning arranged production meeting based on in-hand order scenario. Prepare production & delivery plan with planning team according to order priority & allocate jobs to subordinates.  

• Analyzing daily production reports and finding and solving problems·

• Regularly inspecting finished goods to maintain quality standards and delivery schedule. 

• Implement Lean manufacturing techniques to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.

• Ensure in-line quality in every step of the production process. 

• Controlling of repair and maintenance of production equipment.

• Communicate with top management directly when need any issues arise.

• Manage a team of production employees, including super-visors, line workers, and technicians.

• Controlling of all staff in Production floor for a continuous operation of all the sections of Production process.

• Handle labor-related issues and ensure a positive work environment.

• Organize training and technical workshops for factory workers and service engineers/technicians.

• Monitored QC performance by gathering relevant production data.

• Responsible for each aspect of quality control and product assembly.

• Ultimately ensure the final product quality.

• Reduction of rejection or/and wastage during Production.

• Understand product quality standard & supervise all respective workmanship solutions to the production team.

• As per company policy.
