• Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry
• Master of Science (MSc) in Biochemistry
• Master of Science (MSc) in Applied Chemistry
• Master of Science (MSc) in Microbiology

• 4 to 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care

• Age 28 to 45 years
• Only Male

• Strong understanding of quality control principles and methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001, Statistical Process Control)

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Proven leadership and team management skills

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in quality control software and data analysis tools

• Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and customer-specific requirements

• Prior experience in cosmetics/toiletries manufacturing and quality standards is highly preferred

🧪 Develop & Implement Quality Control Systems

• Establish and maintain quality control policies and procedures across all stages of production—from raw materials to finished goods.

🧫 Oversee R&D for New Products

• Provide technical expertise in the research and development of cosmetics, home care, and personal hygiene products.

• Plan and implement innovative product formulations and improvements.

• Ensure adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

🧯 Monitor Production Quality

• Supervise manufacturing processes and conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with product specifications and standards.

📊 Analyze Quality Data & Troubleshoot Issues

• Collect and evaluate product quality data, identify trends, and investigate root causes of quality concerns.

👨‍🏫 Lead & Train the QC Team

• Supervise, train, and mentor team members in quality control procedures and standards.

🗣️ Communicate & Coordinate

• Collaborate with management, production teams, and suppliers to resolve quality-related issues efficiently.

📁 Maintain Records & Documentation

• Ensure proper documentation of all QC processes, test results, and compliance reports.

♻️ Drive Continuous Improvement

• Identify areas to reduce waste, improve quality, and optimize costs through process enhancements.

• Regularly assess supplier performance and ensure they meet the required quality standards.
