- Experience should be PP woven bag factory.
- Proficient of MS Office. Strong decision-making skills and a result-driven approach & Strong leadership with sound communication skills.
- Capable to make various report based on the requirement of the department head.

Responsibilities & Context:
- Inspect PP granules, tapes, or woven fabrics for physical properties (density, moisture, purity).
- Check quality of inks, lamination or coating materials, threads, and other accessories.
- Verify supplier documentation and certificates of compliance or test reports.
- Monitor weaving / fabric formation for uniformity, defects, width, density.
- Manage printing processes: color matching, registration, ink adhesion.
- Inspect sewing / stitching / bag conversion: seam strength, stitch density, finishing
- Participate in pre-production meetings (PP meetings).
- Approve prototype / sample bags according to buyer’s specs: measurements, print, color, strength.
- Ensure all required materials (tapes, threads, inks, etc.) are inspected and approved before bulk production.
- Lead, supervise, and train quality control / assurance personnel.
- Promote quality awareness among production teams.
- Any Other Job assigned by the superior Authority.
