Responsibilities & Context:
- Prepare and manage production plans for garments accessories based on order forecasts and factory capacity.
- Coordinate with customer service department, production, procurement, and QA teams to ensure on-time order execution.
- Monitor daily production output and update planning sheets accordingly.
- Ensure optimal utilization of machinery, manpower, and materials.
- Identify potential delays and take proactive measures to meet delivery deadlines.
- Maintain accurate production records, WIP tracking, and capacity reports.
- Support management in continuous process improvement and efficiency enhancement
