Good command of writing, reading and speaking ability in Mandarin and English language, Can do attitude.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and balance competing priorities is key.
Able to handle business correspondence, arrange tight schedule professionally.
Responsibilities & Context:
Anticipating and providing administrative support to Top Management.
Identify mechanical operations, indirect and direct personnel, resources and production processes within the work area .
Identify the scope and limitations of the role of supervisory managers .
Confirm production target Identify quality standards for key points in the production process .
Confirm production requirements, including manpower, machines, equipment, materials, mold tools .
Confirm customer requirements for production.
