Responsibilities & Context:
leads technical teams, overseeing design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems (power, controls, electronics) and mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, machinery) for projects
ensuring compliance, quality, budget adherence, and safety, bridging high-level strategy with daily technical execution, and managing staff through hiring, training, and performance reviews.
