- B.Sc. graduates must have 5–6 years of relevant production experience.
- Diploma holders must have 10+ years of experience in production or factory operations.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Lead, guide, and motivate production employees, ensuring they receive proper training and resources to perform their duties safely and efficiently.
- Monitor production machinery and equipment, arrange preventive maintenance, and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to increase productivity, reduce costs, and minimize waste.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Quality Control, Logistics/Shipping, and other departments to maintain smooth production flow and ensure timely delivery.
- Analyze daily/weekly/monthly production data, track key performance indicators, and prepare reports for the Production Head.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety policies and maintain a clean, safe, and fully compliant production environment.
