Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
  • Certificate in Accounting/Bookkeeping from a recognized institution

  • Training on VAT & Tax Management (preferably NBR-recognized)

  • Basic to Advanced Microsoft Excel Certification

  • Professional training on Accounting Software (e.g. Tally, QuickBooks, ERP)

  • Training on Financial Reporting & Analysis

  • Workshop on Payroll Processing and Compliance

  • Familiarity with RJSC procedures and share management (preferred)

  • Participation in Internal Audit or External Audit workshops

  • Any certification on Financial Modeling or Budgeting (added advantage)

  • Practical training in Manufacturing or FMCG sector (preferred)

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-focused

  • Experience in manufacturing or FMCG industry will be considered as an advantage



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Maintain and record daily financial transactions

  • Prepare journal entries and ledgers

  • Process monthly salary sheets and ensure timely disbursement

  • Verify bills, perform bank reconciliations, and maintain account balances

  • Prepare VAT and Tax reports

  • Prepare profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and monthly reports

  • Issue call money notices and collect payments for allotted company shares

  • Assist in internal and external audits

  • Process factory purchase bills and payments

  • Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams on financial matters

  • Follow up on receivables and update invoices regularly

  • Analyze overhead costs and assist with budget preparation

  • Arrange Board of Directors meetings on schedule and prepare necessary documentation
