Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct operational audits of QRiUS retail outlets, warehouses, and back-office operations.
Verify stock/inventory levels, perform stock audits, and identify variances or losses.
Check & verify all bills & vouchers.
Review internal controls, processes, and systems, and recommend improvements.
Monitor compliance with statutory and company policies (VAT, tax, vendor payments, etc.)
Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and risks and prepare actionable audit findings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to close audit findings and ensure follow-up.
Maintain proper documentation of audit reports, evidence, and observations.
