Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end accounting operations including general ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), bank reconciliations, expense tracking, and supplier payments using QuickBooks.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing, preparation of financial statements, management reporting, and audit support.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws including Income Tax Act, 2023, VAT & SD Act, 2012, and Bangladesh Labor Law, 2006.
Support payroll processing, statutory payroll compliance, and maintenance of employee/worker-related records.
Handle general administrative activities, coordinate with internal teams and communicate effectively in professional spoken and written English.
