Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

• Strong communication and negotiation skills (English and Bangla).

• Good knowledge of garments accessories products and supply chain.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email).

• Ability to work independently and under pressure.Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote company products and services.

• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

• Communicate with buyers, sourcing offices, and merchandising teams to understand requirements.

• Prepare and follow up on quotations, samples, and orders.

• Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

• Coordinate with production, commercial, and quality teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Participate in client meetings, factory visits, and business negotiations when required.

• Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management.

• Support branding, promotional, and business development activities.
