Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and monitor revenue strategies, pricing structures, and sales initiatives to maximize profitability.

  • Support the strategic business planning process by analyzing market trends, customer insights, and competitive positioning.

  • Evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion plans to drive sustainable growth.

  • Align cross-functional teams around commercial strategies, objectives, and key success metrics.

  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including sales performance, challenges, and growth forecasts.

  • Identify variances between budgeted and actual outcomes and recommend corrective actions.

  • Conduct cost-benefit analysis of imports and financial expenditures to optimize profitability.

  • Influence financial accuracy and effectiveness by reviewing trends, forecasts, and operational performance.

  • Plan and implement an efficient product inventory control system, ensuring accurate product listing, updates, and maintenance.

  • Utilize analytical models, statistical tools, and data-driven insights to optimize supply chain efficiency and cost structures.

  • Perform validation of financial models and develop performance measurement tools for improved forecasting and planning.

  • Analyze revenue performance, campaign effectiveness, and market trends to refine marketing and pricing strategies.

  • Present findings, strategies, and recommendations to senior management for business growth and operational efficiency
